　　2023年，美国新政府所推行的“人类清除计划”迎来了第六个年头。剑走偏锋的极端政策，旨在抑制持续上升的失业率和犯罪率，在此期间却也有越来越多的无辜之人遇害，而富人们则斟好杯中酒，脑满肠肥欣赏甚至以看似高贵优雅的姿态参与一年一度的屠杀狂欢。在大屠杀即将开始之际，面临分手的情侣谢恩（Zach Gilford 饰）和莉兹（Kiele Sanchez 饰）的车在路上抛锚，他们慌乱不安地寻找藏身之地。刚刚失去最重要亲人的伊娃（Carmen Ejogo 饰）及其女儿卡莉（Zoë Soul 饰）躲在家中亦难免厄运临头，关键时刻母女被逡巡在城市巷尾的中士（弗兰克•格里罗 Frank Grillo 饰）救下，与此同时谢恩和莉兹也阴差阳错搭上了中士的车。　　新仇旧恨以及对世界的各种愤懑不满，在这个夜晚集中爆发，脆弱的生命面临最惨烈的考验……

　　Emilia, 17, arrives at her Aunt Ines' hostel at the border between Argentina and Brazil, looking for her long lost brother. In this luxuriant jungle, where local myths and legends abound, a dangerous beast believed to be the spirit of an evil man taking the form of different animals seems to be roaming around. On a journey to sexual awakening, Emilia will have to confront her past in order to kill the beast.

　　金刚（许冠杰 饰）成功降服白手袜之后，白手袜之兄黑手袜受黑手党指派继续交易钻石并向金刚复仇，金刚与黑手袜的高级机器人大战数合终于侥幸胜利，却马上又落入了牛牛、悠悠兄妹犯罪团伙的骗局，卷入银行抢劫案成为嫌犯，金刚逃亡路上将拍档光头神探（麦嘉 饰）与何东诗（张艾嘉 饰）的婚礼搅得一塌糊涂。所幸光头神探义字当先合力与金刚对抗牛牛、黑手袜，却不料金刚再次被悠悠戏弄，光头神探也只落得被严妻整治。最佳拍档被牛牛团伙胁迫，不得不出面抢夺钻石，而黑手袜方面再次出动高级机器人应战，早有准备的金刚取出机器人特工队，混战一触即发……　　本片是最佳拍档系列的第二集。
